I Re-read my favorite book Atomic Habits again today. Below are my learnings from it.

Your current trajectory is more important than your current results
Your results are an outcome of your habits. Better Habits= Better Results
You should take the time to build your systems. Goals are the target. Systems will get you there.
Only systems can give you long term success. Goals are fine but they are only meant for short-term victories.
Think about "WHO" you want to become. Identity is a monumental motivator.
Focus on improving 1% every day. Compound interest will take care of the rest.
Creating a habit must be obvious, easy, attractive and satisfying
Want to remove bad habits? Make them invisible
Surround yourself with people who exhibit the habits you're looking to build
Rewards yourself for small victories
Use a habit tracker to measure progress
