Most people approach motivation as something that requires push - that’s all wrong, and *takes* energy instead of being your fuel.
Here’s how to get it & how to think about it...let’s blow this up.. 1/

Motivation, at its core, is just an emotion.
You don’t need it to complete an act (we do tasks we’re not “motivated” to do all the time - laundry, etc.), but it can make you soar through tasks like butter when you’ve got it. This is a fuel you want to tap. 2/

The best motivation is always internal. You feel it, and you become a force of nature.
A silly example? When you’re dating an amazing person - you don’t have to “dig deep” to find motivation to please them...you jump at it! No push needed. This is true in business too. 3/

The key to creating incredible internal motivation? Connecting to that thing that lights you on fire.
If you know how to do that (and that’s the “secret sauce” I do) - it literally *pulls* you forward… You stop pushing, and start being pulled. 4/

It’s that *pull* that people see in amazement. Pushing is exhausting, being pulled is electric.
That’s where the energy is. You make clearer decisions...you get things done.
So in motivation, stop pushing and light up what pulls you inside. 5/fin
