Salah ke kalau kita tak maafkan orang sebab kita tak nak dia terlepas balasan akhirat? While we know it’s noble to forgive, how about no? Why are people often being pressured to forgive? They say, “Forgive to feel peace” but what if we’re fine, we just want them punished? Thanks.
Imo not every mistake deserves forgiveness so we should refrain from pushing people to forgive for the sake of positivity. Yes you probably should forgive that makcik who forgot the sambal for your nasi lemak but not when like someone’s on a mission to ruin your life.
Well explained and supported.

(You may still contribute to the discussion but with supporting dalils as this question is on morality in Islam, not feel-good-positivity.) https://twitter.com/hilalasyraf/status/1352596384596148224
