why do people paint Cancer and Libra as these indecisive or wishy washy signs when they're cardinal
like no they arent malefic ruled cardinals like Capricorn and Aries and the way in which they operate is different but they still carry that initiatory cardinal energy
like have you seen Libras when they're standing up for something important to them?? or Cancers when someone they care for is being hurt??? nothing pushover about that.
i wonder if its bc of the fact Mars is fallen in both Libra and Cancer but that doesnt mean they cant execute their plans. they just go about it in lunar and venusian ways which are less overt than Mars domicile and exaltation in Aries/Cap
