So here I am, minding my own beeswax. Doing research about interest topics. And with all the talk about Insurrection and the Insurrection Act lately, i decided to brush up on my knowledge of the subject. So i head over to Wikipedia to get my baseline.

1st, I'd like to mention based on Trump's statements on Jan6th for the rioters/protesters to 'go home' is is IMO akin to asking them to disperse as directed.

Then as I'm rather curious, i find this rather interesting entry at the bottom of the section showing when in history the Insurrection Act had been enacted.

This was pretty interesting to see on Wikipedia to say the least. Now of course since Wikipedia is public it is free to be edited at will by anyone. But why this?

Well, I check later just to satisfy my curiosity. And the odd entry is deleted.

So, now, I'm totally interested. Why was it deleted? Who deleted it? And where were they from?

Turns out the logged IP for whom edited the Wikipedia page taking out this odd entry came from Romania.

Now, we need to find out who edited the page in the first place. Turns out it was the same address in Romania.

That's not even the most intriguing part of this story. I was curious if there had been any other interesting updates or changes to this page in particular since January 6th 2021. Turns out there was. On January 15th 2021 this was edited in...

AND approximately 2 mins later, the source material was edited out.

It says 25000 FEMA troops were sent to control the WASINGTON INSURRECTION.

It references something called the "Campiglio siege" to which I have no other information on.

Now, the juicy bit? Anyone who has been following along knows that the Italian government is effectively in crisis. AND that there may very well have been election interference from elements both WITHIN & from Leonardo SPa (Italian defense contractor).

There are quite a few shipping companies in Salerno but I cannot speak to their significance or lack thereof.

Interestingly, Salerno is where during 1943, the Allies landed in Italy w/ the help of the Mafia.
