One thing I Lol at with twitter is that when “stopping” a hacker we place them in sandboxes to make them perceive they are hacking us but we are in fact watching them, we collect their methodology, we collect their exploits while seeing what they are attacking, why & how...
But it’s in a controlled environment of our defensive teams choosing while the little asshat thinks he can hack us. well when reading this from many angles you would think you would want all the coo anon still here, all mighty so you can actually control them...
Your algo could have gotten better, it could have learned, however your agility while just getting absolutely destroyed from your user base while also trying to battle your insider threats is a challenge i get it, must be destroying the company like middle out compression
Y’all could have shared this data amongst your little dickhead friends like Facebook, insta, YouTube.. but no, you all fcking panicked & hit the kill switch, nuked the accounts w/ algo or an employee cuz we know they exist & lurk w/ your backend tools, sniping accounts
Your employees are going to hate it after a month manually sniping accounts as your developers abandon ship because they can work from home anywhere as they snitch on your companies to the feds, good luck if they were foreign agents milking your IP & data, I bet they quit already
All of these big companies are in a world of hurt with hacking, data theft, customer privacy issues/lawsuits, insider threat of employees or foreign outsiders hacking in because their InfoSec is teribleee... what’s next Silicon Valley, what’s your game plan? Turning it off soon?
