I'm not here to defend using Oxygen on eight-thousanders is fair or unfair, but, those who think mountaineering is sport, specially eight-thousander, It's not only challenge about thin air. (1/4)
Its also a challenge about chilling cold temperature, high winds, challenge against gravity, and several physical, mental sufferings. (2/4)
I believe, nature is for everyone and anyone can enjoy it within his/her belt in his/her own style. But who think it is sport, and could be done in better style, should not just attack about using oxygen. (3/4)
Like in other sports, there should be specification/limits of gears that climbers use, foods they eat, acclimatization time they consume, etc... Using best brand of gears available on planet and just attack to oxygen is unfair itself. MY OPINION! (4/4)
