Happy Birthday Logic 🤍
If any of you are interested in hearing us talk about Logic’s amazing comeback in 2020 and his future plans, check out this video 🔥

Here’s the link:
Rough Upbringing

Logic grew up with brothers who were producing and distributing cocaine. They were selling it to their own father meanwhile his mom was also an alcoholic. Although his environment was chaotic, he found comfort through rapping and started at just 13 years old.
Classic Mixtape Run

In the early 2010s, Logic gained popularity from his legendary Young Sinatra mixtape series. This led to Def Jam Records signing him in 2013 and Logic being featured on XXL’s Freshmen List.
Under Pressure

Everything changed when Logic dropped Under Pressure; it shook the game. It solidified him as a promising figure in the rap game and his cult following grew from there. Memorable songs include Gang Related, Soul Food, Nikki & Metropolis.
The Incredible True Story

TITS was not only a great follow up to UP, but Logic proved he was able to deliver a creative concept album that differed from anything he had ever done before. The whole concept was brilliant and we got some of the best music he has ever released.
Mainstream Success

Logic finally broke through into the mainstream with Everybody. This was his first #1 album and it featured his huge single, 1800-273-8255, which went 6X Platinum. Things could have not been going any better for the young Maryland rapper.
Logic is Criticized

People’s perception of Logic did unfortunately start to change after reaching mainstream success. People clowned him for rapping about being bi-racial on Everybody and saw him as a corny rapper who has “flexed” too much. This took a huge toll on him mentally.
Logic's Reputation

His reputation amongst the hip hop community started deteriorating as he was being accused of stealing ideas. Logic used a suicide hotline # as the title for a song. Joyner Lucas accused Logic of stealing his whole concept. Many fans were disappointed in him.
Lack of Quality

Logic's run from 2017-19 was lacklustre to say the least. He dropped a couple of non memorable projects and then capped it off with his worst one yet, COADM. Things were not looking promising, however his fans knew how much potential he had for a comeback.
Logic’s Demons

At this point Logic decided to focus on things he wanted to do. He wrote a novel and accompanied it with a soundtrack as well. The novel addresses mental health struggles and how it feels to deal with these problems on a daily basis. Logic was healing.
The Last Dance

Logic’s healing process allowed for us to receive one of the best albums of 2020. He tied in all of his strengths from previous albums & found a way to form a cohesive conclusion with No Pressure. Logic's amazing final album proved all of his doubters wrong.
What’s Next?

The future is exciting for Bobby as he will focus on growing his Twitch following, while also running his record label. Most importantly though, he has found inner peace and can focus on raising his family. Cheers Bobby, thank you for everything.
Planetory Destruction 🤖👾

This will be dropping at midnight exclusively on Datpiff. Whether you believe it’s Logic or not, he still had a huge influence on the project itself. This pays homage to the late great DOOM and I can’t wait to hear what this sounds like.
