Another day, another value-packed call.

Today on the @visualizevalue office hours, @jackbutcher and @DruRly had a conversation full of gems.

These are 7 incredibly useful mental frameworks discussed during the conversation.

// A Thread 👇 //
Framework for work:

Exceptional opportunities arise for exceptional people that do exceptional work.
Framework for learning:

You never know what experiences in the past will help you today.

You never know what experiences today will help you in the future.

Learn vastly. Learn constantly. Learn variously.
Framework for finding your fans:

A little friction can filter out the crowd.

Non-buyers will ignore it.

Customers will struggle with it.

Fans will crush it and won't even care.
Framework for content:

Forget about volume.

Distill your content so much you feel you are getting paid to save time for your reader.
Framework for distribution:

It's just as important as the production itself.

Think about it as if you were making a medicine.

What's the use of it if it doesn't get to the proper hands?
Framework for decision making:

Limit the number of stakeholders as long as you can.

The more stakeholders, the more diluted decisions you have to make.
Framework for achieving your goals:

No one can tell you what to do if you know what you want.

No one can impose on you their dreams if you know yours.

Reflect. Write them down. Hold them close.
That's it!

Thank you for making it all the way to the end 🙏

If you found value in it, can you help spread the knowledge with an RT for the first tweet? Thanks!

Have a great one!
