السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

I Have seen Many People Here Who Says "JAZAKH ALLAH" (Which is INCOMPLETE)
Understanding Grammar Behind The word “JAZAKHALLAH”

This itself is incomplete, as you can say May ALLAH reward you with bad or evil.

[A THREAD]
‘Jazaak’ comes from the root word “jazaa”

▪which according to the popular Arabic-English dictionary, Al-Mawrid, has two meanings that are completely opposite to each other!
Thus, ‘jazaa’ can either mean “reward” OR “punishment”.
[So: “JAZAKHALLAH” may either mean “may ALLAH reward you” or “May Allah punish you”.]

The complete saying is “Jazak ALLAHU Khayran” means … [“may ALLAH reward you with the Best or Good”]
"JAZAKHALLAH" is an Arabic word that is used by Muslims as an Islamic expression of showing gratitude or thanks. This is similar to the Arabic word Shukran which means thanks,
but it is better for a Muslim to say Jazak ALLAHU Khayran as it asks for ALLAH to bestow blessings or good to the individual rather than just saying thanks or JAZAKALLAH.

▪Masculine: Jazak ALLAHU Khayran

▪Feminine: Jazaki ALLAHU Khayran

▪Plural: Jazakumullahu Khayran
And The proper response to someone who has said JAZAKH ALLAHU KHER is
▪wa iyyaka (for male)
▪wa iyyaki (for female)
▪wa iyyakum (Plural)
This simply means and to you too.
▪ Wa Antum fa Jazakumullahu khayran is a more formal response which means “And you too, May Allah reward with Goodness”.
▪Usamah bin Zaid (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“He who is favoured by another and says to his benefactor: "Jazak-ALLAH khairan (may Allah reward you well)" Indeed praised (the benefactor) satisfactorily.”
(Riyad As-Salihin – [At-Tirmidhi]
Arabic/English book reference: Book 17, Hadith 1496)
▪Hadith on Praising Good:
Usamah bin Zaid narrated that the Messenger of ALLAH(S.A.W) said: “Whoever some good was done to him, and he says: ‘May ALLAH reward you in goodness’ then he has done the most that he can of praise.”

[Reference:Jami At Tirmidhi 2035,Book 27,Hadith 141]
Substitute for JAZAKHALLAH khair is “BarakAllah Feek”
[“May the blessings of Allah be upon you.”]
So, the correct way is to say “Jazaak ALLAHU khayran” and not just “jazakALLAH ” or “Jazaak” alone.
