In Persona 5 and its derivated games, Makoto Niijima is said to practice Aikido specifically, even in the Japanese version. It seems to be a huge part of her character.

If anything, Akido is very close to Sistema. Deeper analysis of this fighting style applied to a fighting game character seen here:
This started from a "did you know Makoto and Makoto share moves? cool right?" but then I realized she isn't even consistent in what she practices and got mad lol
DISCLAIMER: She is literally my favorite character in P5, I don't do this from a place of hate.
