As @SCOTUSambitions will tell you, Judge Katzmann is a prolific feeder judge. He has four former clerks at the Supreme Court this Term (OT20), behind only W. Pryor.

Because Judge Katzmann was active when the #CA2 reheard Francis v. Kings Park Manor (whether a landlord can be held liable under the FHA for one tenant's discrimination against another), see CA2 IOP 35.1(c)-(d), he can still participate in that decision.
