Hudson was in a similar situation; @Oracle started tossing around trademark demands a while back.

You may not have heard of Hudson, but you've probably heard of the renamed open source project: Jenkins.
The absolute dumbest possible thing you can do as a company, should you find yourself with a vibrant and passionate community, is attempt to dictate terms to them.

I mean... have you *MET* open source developers? They argue for fun! Like lawyers only bad at it...
