Development thread..

I’ll start with the purpose of this thread:
In my opinion, the MOST important variable in any development plan is TIME. Obviously work ethic, consistency, intensity, and other variables are important. Change takes time and time is a non-renewable asset.
We can’t make it buy more time. Sometimes you get worse before you get better and this is frustrating. Habits have to be broken, changed, and then reinforced with better habits. Many people I see stop working because it takes too much time to make changes.
One of my goals this off-season was to increase the spin-efficiency on my FB. My efficiency was ~82% which is not great for how I’m trying to use it. After our season ended I took my normal time and then got to work on this (mid October). It is now January 21st.
This video is from some sub-max mound work this morning. It has taken me almost 3 months to improve this one goal I had.

Be patient! Play the long game! Don’t get discouraged - or if you do - show up the next day with a new opportunity and get back to work. @rapsodo
