Things that were changed in the recent episode of tpn that could affect the upcoming episodes:

sonju teaches the kids the weakness of the demons, which was supposed to be revealed when ray and emma were with yuugo
mujika gave emma the amulet but never mentioned the 7 walls
theu arrived at the shelter but yuugo was nowhere to be found, the cookies are moldy too so he must've been gone for a while
they found out about the secret passage, which was supposed to be revealed when they escape andrew
they have a radio that tunes into the farms. this one's new
they got the call from minerva when they just arrived. it was supposed to be after goldy pond
the poacher room was changed. the names of yuugo's family and the word "poacher" are gone.
they also founf out about the room behind the piano. yuugo was supposed to show them that
the letter didn't have AO8-63 on the back, those are goldy pond's coordinates
these are MAJOR changes. yuugo not being there already changes alot. the radio is new so i dont know what to expect. if goldy pond doesn't exist adam doesn't either and adam is the only one who can cure norman(his dna). no 7 walls mention means emma wont be looking for it-
if goldy pond doesn't happen bayon the first, nous nouma and that creepy demon ugh doesn't die and lewis doesn't have a revelation so he wont help sonju and mujika after the tifari. the possibility of minerva being alive means norman cant use that name so he could actually die.
dont get me wrong i love tpn and i still believe the anime will do good since shirai will be supervising but,,, goldypond arc was my favorite arc. it's the start of the bigger picture and the plot gets deeper from there, plus all the new characters like lucas, yuugo and-
the grandvalley kids are a huge part of emma's development. and i looked forward to seeing them all and disappointed that they can just take them out like that,, im still hoping yuugo will show up this season. if they DO change the whole plot i hope it's better than the manga
