The fact that Sia's Music portrays physical abuse -- potentially lethal physical abuse at that -- as a reasonable response to an autistic child is really disturbing.
Prone restraint kills.
In the last 10 years the police have killed at least 107 people that way. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.10tv.com/amp/article/news/investigations/10-investigates/at-least-107-people-have-died-since-2010-due-to-prone-restraints/530-3363bf95-d125-4960-b714-c6f5d328266e

It also kills disabled people in "care," such as 13-year-old Max Benson (whose school's first action when they realized they had killed him was to lie about how big, scary, and dangerous he was. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.sacbee.com/news/local/education/article237286054.html
16-year-old Eric Parsa was killed that way at the hands of police. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/01/15/us/eric-parsa-death-police.amp.html
This isn't new information, the dangerousness of prone restraint. We knew it was a killer 30+ years ago when I was routinely subjected to it. It is violent, ugly, and potentially lethal.
That's why there are efforts to get schools to stop doing it.

Why would Sia promote child abuse in her movie, especially at a time when she is speaking out against abuse she says she suffered?
I'll leave that as rhetorical; I think we all know why.
