Based on the court documents @NBCMontana just received Henry otherwise known as Hank Muntzer was seen on MSNBC in the Capitol and appeared in a YouTube interview where he indicated he was inside the Capitol for approximately an hour.
Prior to storming the Capitol court documents state Muntzer made several posts on Facebook indicating he was traveling to D.C. for the protests.
For example, he posted a meme showing President Trump's encouragement to attend a January 6, 2020 “wild” rally and stated “I will be going to Washington DC. Anyone that would like to join me let me know be leaving Bozeman Montana January 5th return flight the 7th.”
In a following Facebook post according to the court documents Muntzer offered to pay for those who could not afford the travel expenses, “If you’re in Montana and you’d like to go to the rally I will help pay for some or all the expenses.” @NBCMontana
Muntzer also indicated he was traveling with a large group to D.C. in a Facebook post and they would be staying in a rented house, “fellow Patriots we rented a house in Washington DC if you can’t find lodging let me know there’s lots of floor space and it’ll be warm.” @NBCMontana
