7/ The lululemon HQ will boast almost 600,000 sq ft of space. It will be one of the tallest towers at 13 storeys and 214 feet in height. The campus could house up to 5,000 employees.

Not to be lost in all this is that lululemon will also provide $15 million in public benefits.
9/ On Main and 1st is one of the few projects that includes a residential component.

The project includes 40,370 sq ft of industrial space, 81,075-sq ft of office space, and 215 rental homes.

13/ With all the activity, I think what the area needs is more breweries, cafes, and artist space to exhibit their work. With @EmilyCarrU campus in the area, it's the time to give all the amazing artists in #Vancouver the space to showcase their work.
14/ Perhaps @vanmuralfest could come up with a neighbourhood specific plan. It is after all already in the area with multiple murals.
15/ The growth of the area is another indicator of how the @CityofVancouver is evolving. There will be nearly 30,000 jobs and 5,000 residents in the area.

In the coming decades, it will probably add more employment density from the current 4 million sq ft proposed.
