Steak

You don't have a list of T boosting food without steak!

Great source of cholesterol the building block of T & multiple nutrients you need for healthy production

Zinc
B complex
Omega 3
Selenium
K2
Vit A
Creatine

You will find few foods with a better nutrition profile!
Eggs

Much like steak an excellent source of cholesterol

Again you will find few foods more nutrient-dense & with a better nutrient profile to support testosterone production including

D3
K2
Vit B6 & 12
Zinc
Selenium
Vitamin A
Folic Acid

Ideally, you would have eggs daily!
Oysters

Known as an aphrodisiac with good reason, mostly being the
extremely high levels of Zinc

Also a good source of healthy gut bacteria & other T boosting nutrients

D3
D-aspartic acid
B12
Iodine

Making oysters great for T production & wider health!
Salmon

If you are a fan of fish.

Salmon should be at the very top of your list!

Fatty fish like Salmon which are very rich in EPA and DHA are also linked to lowers SHBG, so you have higher free T levels!
Celery

Smelling celery alone is alleged to be enough to increase testosterone naturally. Although I advise eating!

Celery is a source of plant sterols androstenol & androstenone which T aid production

Also a source of apigenin which helps convert cholesterol to testosterone
As far as testosterone production is concerned, avocado is probably the best fruit you can eat!
