Having researched complaint for 4 years & talked to 150+ people I believe trans academics & students have legitimate grounds to complain against so-called gender critical academics whose speeches/writings constitute harassment & contradict commitments under the Equality Act 2010.

Just getting that belief out there for what it is worth. My book Complaint! will say more.

The fact that some gender critical academics describe such complaints as malicious should tell you all you need to know about the usefulness of the figure of the malicious complainer to the justification of many forms of violence.

Almost all harassers and bullies describe themselves as harassed and bullied when they are called out for harassment and bullying. They almost always use free speech, free expression and academic freedom in denying and concealing the nature and effect of their conduct.
