hot off the press...the first public draft of WCAG 3.0 
how is it different from 2.0 you ask?
- uses plain language
- user-need oriented instead of technology-oriented
- more tests that are granular + flexible
- new rating system: gold, silver, bronze

more info from the W3C/WAI group on this major overhaul...not sure what others think, but I welcome these more user-friendly, user-focused changes
