We won. Sort of. We beat Trump and Trumpers. That's a clear victory, but now the real job starts. Vigilance and maintaining accountability of those who WORK for US now FALLS to US.

Change comes slowly so we need to keep the pressure on. We need to listen to people of colour, to the LGBTQ community, to Native Americans, to new immigrants (documented/undocumented), to America's working poor and struggling, to advocates for the the elderly & ill, (both...

physically & mentally) and lift each of those voices above our own. We need to be silent while we listen & then scream along side of those who would benefit from added volume. Then we need positive action on those fronts.

But, we cannot neglect those who have also lost much

...just because they are white, or Christian, or vote against themselves. If we on the left choose to be the caretakers of our Republic we must care for ALL. The gloating must come to a close and as we help those who need it most we must be inclusive beyond our comfort zone.

...keep working on myself. I hope you'll join me because if we do what we know is proper & good then we'll pull new allies out of the brainwashed masses & madness. If we show the way and PROVE the value of left legislation people cannot be helped but be swayed back to sanity.
