There's an awful lot of populist nastiness bubbling under on Irish social media. There are those who should be dissociating from this sort of right-tinged populism who appear in many cases to be far too comfortable with it, as if out to ride that tiger.
However, as one who has seen these people first-hand, and who has seen how little attention it got because, hey, anyone saying they're against the banks must be socialist and good, right?, I really do think not near enough attention is paid to these canaries in the legal mines.
