1) The Indian Sub-continent(India, Sri-Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh) has powerful elected leaders as early as 1960.
India - the largest democracy had its first woman prime minister as early as 1966.
Srilanka: Sirima Ratwatte Dias Bandaranaike - World's first female prime minister. Served 3 terms beginning 1960.
Bangladesh: Sheikh Hasina- longest serving prime minister 2009- till date
Pakistan: Benazir Bhutto
and the most developed nation in the world had their first woman serving as second in command only yesterday!
Let's examine why the sub-continent is ahead. We have had the first women in-charges of functions of millions of universes from eternity until infinity
From earlier history we've had great women leaders leading their kingdoms and armies with motherhood, duty and leadership.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
That we have had such powerful women leaders. How can we protect that as people so that we don't have to have forced processes to have women leaders in boards. India had it going naturally. How can we get that back? READ ON to find out. Many GEMS inside!
We worship women as expansions of Shakti! We revere them as mothers!
We see our mother as our first Guru!
We outrage big time when a woman is abused!
The Indian Sub-continent needs to protect its culture from influences that see women as an object of pleasure over seeing women as worshipable SHAKTI!
That is what gave us women in top positions.

(Pakistan/Bangladesh also have Indic roots)
Women empowerment programs are now needed only because we have forgotten our roots!
let us protect the culture of honoring women! that is what will help us show the light to the western world! When we are connected with our roots we can lead ourselves and the world!
