I'm really over how people talk to me about food and exercise. It appears to be just *unbelievable* that I could be 1) not thin and 2) someone who works out every day and eats a low calorie diet. Drop the fat phobic bullshit and stop thinsplaining your version of health to me.
As someone whose weight fluctuates, I am working harder than many people to stay fit and healthy so I can do all the things I want to, like kick the footy with my mates and live a long life without diabetes.
I've been fine tuning a diet and exercise regime that works for me for 18-24 months now. I know my body and I know what works. Please don't slide into a conversation about health, assume I know nothing and tell me what works for your very-different-to-mine body.
And dear god, please don't suggest that I shouldn't worry because I'm beautiful just the way I am. I'm an hour glass figure with F cup boobs and a relatively toned ass, I know I'm hot as hell, that is not what this is about.
But assuming my motivation is appearance-based is another demonstration of fat phobia. Fat people can care about health, and our biggest problems in life are not all about how we look. You may need to retrain your brain to check that unconscious bias.
I'm going to sleep now. Maybe I'll dream of pizza and chips and ice cream but maybe I won't, both are possible, even for the subconscious of a curvy bitch.
