Mind your words.

Minding the words you use regularly is a superpower. Words are used as a way to express ourselves but we also forget that words express our feelings and emotions too.

Who is the one person you will talk to most, throughout your life?

It's yourself. Whatever your thinking, whatever your saying to people around you, you will hear it. Your words take much more precedence via repetition.

They become almost ingrained into your mind.
You have be your own fan club or your worst enemy.

Whatever you think is what you will project out into this world. You can believe you'll never be good enough and tell your friends and colleagues your the best.

But it's easy to sense that you don't truly believe in yourself.
This is why you must keep an eye on what words you use and how you use them. Simply replacing "should" with "could" in a sentence gives you a much better feeling towards the what your saying.

Try it now.

Replace "must" with "can".

Again, a better feeling.
The power of the words you use can determine the attitude you have towards yourself.

Whenever you feel that you are becoming negative try replacing the negative with positive affirmations:

- I would rather be kind than be right
- I am never too busy
- I am a student
- I will stop judging and criticising
- I am tough yet patient
- I will say what I mean and mean what I say
- I will stop trying to fix everything
- My mistakes are a part of success
- I will be consistent daily
- I will stop making promises I can not keep.
These are all things that can help you change the thinking you have from negative to positive shift. This will in turn change the motives you reflect onto the world around you.

You have to become the change you want to see in the world before you can make a change.
