My Analysis and Suggestions
This is clearly a welcome move by the Govt and an official admission of its shortcomings.

Farmers concerns and trust deficit with the Govt based on its actions till 19th Jan 2021 is genuine

Hence there has to be reasonable binding of the consensus

This is not just a #KisanAndolan it is indeed a #JanAndolan as one of the law directly impacts all @jagograhakjago "Consumers"

Request @Kisanektamorcha Leadership of all Unions across India to consider following and Give in writing to Govt and make it public

The suggestion is to Conclude the Meetings official final announcement by @PMOIndia @narendramodi Ji on the eve of #RepublicDay #JaiKisanAgenda2021 to the Nation

1. India Commits to Enact Jai Kisan Act defining the Center and State Role of all Aspects of Both Agriculture, Trade and Food Value Chain:
PM forms CM's Committee and Parliament Committee and reaches consensus and enacts #JaiKisanAct2021 within 2021

2. Based on the Parliament Jurisdiction as defined in #JaiKisanAct2021 Govt and Farmers Committee will discuss and Present their report and the Parliament committee will also review and discuss the appropriate Central and/or Model acts to be adopted that are Good for All

3. India Commits to achieving MSP as C2+50% and would include it as part of #JaiKisanAct2021 with the option for States to measure and declare MSP based on State C2

4. Till the time New Acts (including Model Acts) are agreed to replace the current #farmlaws they stand suspended.

5. All Indian States are recommended to form committees with farmers and discuss the appropriate acts based on #JaiKisanAct to be enacted and are also recommended to include the advisories from the center from time to time.
