Update: I've been talking to some people I'm close with about my mental issues, and I've come to the realization I need to see a therapist. Along with depression and anxiety, I exhibit symptoms of ADHD and would like to learn more from a professional.
I'm a bit scared of this process, if I'm being honest. It's hard to know that there's probably something "wrong" with my brain, I guess? Therapy is a very normal thing, but I have a rough time accepting I need help from others.
I also want to give a tremendous thank you to everyone who's been reaching out and showing support to me. It's very overwhelming and I'm never 100% sure how to respond to people, but know that I appreciate you all <3
