1/ There is one policy we have steadfastly believed in: "Let us feed all employees, visitors and anyone who arrives at our doors". One of the things we plan for in a new location is a kitchen to cook.

Sharing food is a spiritual feeling.

2/ We have been doing this in our school too and the children report that as one of their favorite things about the school. They tell me it makes them feel at home in the school.

Sharing food expresses our love for fellow human beings more than anything else.

3/ If you adopt this as a policy in your organization, you will see tremendous benefits, most of which cannot be quantified. It would also help reduce hunger in your local community and neighborhood.

This is the core of spirituality. Food for all comers.
