1/8 Just sent this polite letter to the Department of Health. 1820 deaths today. How many more must die before they disclose NHS surge capacity and triage plans they've held in secret since 2017?
2/8 Our Covid-19 death rate is at record levels. Govt took 101 working days to respond to our 1st Freedom of Information request for transparency on pandemic plans. Just breached 20 day deadline for responding to our 2nd request. No urgency, obviously.
3/8 We warned about a second wave in our Judicial Review application on 1 June 2020. Why did the Govt play silly legal games instead of addressing the problem before it happened?
4/8 Let’s get serious. ICU doctors like @Rupert_Pearse are asking for “guidance from society”.
