It is a rough day for you. You are waking up to having been lied to, gaslit, and many are feeling very foolish.

There are people who want to take advantage of you in this time. Much the same way a sleeze dude at the bar zeroes in on the girl who just got dumped.

Or had their heart broken. And...rebounds are tempting for a reason. You have a big hole in your heart, it feels just AWFUL...and you want to fill it.

I know. But right now that would be a bad idea, and you'd be setting yourself up for more pain or worse.

Instead?

Think to the people who you've become estranged from.

The ones who really love you, and really want what's best for you.

Call them. I bet they'd love to hear from you. I bet they're not going to mock you, or be shitty.

I bet they still love you. And would love that call.

And if you have a friend or loved one that's been lost for years in this cultish horror?

Yes. They have work to do.

But if you still love them, let them know that path is open, and you still love them and want to help them come back.
