$VACQ Thoughts...I want to preface that this isn't my favorite Pre-LOI NAV $SPAC, however, I do think it is one of the most overlooked, and is actually close to NAV, not the "close to NAV" that we think of now which is $11.50

Summary: Everyone likes a good Redemption Story! With SPACs, you are investing on mgmt teams, and sectors. Every mgmt team has their egos and past successes/failures. $VACQ mgmt team had a high profile DD lapse $VTIQ $NKLA (from outsider perspective), and imo, why it is so cheap
However, at end of day, $VTIQ deal was completed, so mgmt "did their job". $VACQ team is smart, and don't want the $NKLA stink on their reputations

$VTIQ sector was "Technology, Transportation". $VACQ is listed as "Technology". $VACQ board is primarily Tech focused, so could be "getting back to basics" to hit a home run, and get it right.

$VACQ It's not sexy, but it's safe...

Upside: ITS A $SPAC
