Schedule for the remainder of the day is mostly ceremonial now, but Biden scheduled to sign several day-1 executive actions at 5:15pm, and the first WH press briefing of this administration with incoming WH press secretary Psaki scheduled at 7pm.
Those executive orders:
#1: 100 Days Masking Challenge, calling for nationwide face mask and social distancing; but mandatory in federal buildings, on federal lands, by federal employees, and federal contractors

#4: Directing the CDC to re-implement the moratorium on eviction and foreclosures until at least March 31, and to extend foreclosure moratoriums on 11 million or so federally-backed mortgages.
#5: Extend the pause on student loan payments until September 30.
#6: Revoke 100 presidential proclamations, memoranda, and permits relating to the environment, which will, among other things, stop the Keystone pipeline.
#7: Rejoin the Paris Climate agreement
#8: Revoke the Trump order from July 2020 to not count non-citizens in the U.S. census
#9: Direct federal agencies to review racial equity policies in programs and actions, and formally rescind the 1776 commission report.
#10: Extend federal protections against discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation in the workplace.
