Is not surprising that, @TrumpetNewsUganda, one of the Ugandan propaganda outlets that is funded by ISO and published by one Nicholas Mwesigwa, is back with its deceitful propaganda which I thoroughly debunk in this thread. @OfwonoOpondo @nyamadon @UPDFspokespersn @DuncanAbigaba
There is quite a long pattern of how President Museveni easily finds a scapegoat or someone to blame whenever hell breaks loose on him. He has been is several self-inflicted mess which he always hurriedly blames on someone else.
In fact, when Ugandan security organs embarked on a mass abduction of Rwandans, they claimed that they were spies but never produced them in courts of law, instead they simply dumped them at the border!
So, who in this world gets hold of a foreign spy and easily let them off like that? Again, if indeed over 1500 Rwandans that were abducted in a space of three years, why didn’t they bring them to court?
How comes no alleged ‘Rwandan spy’ has ever been convicted in court? Do the courts in Uganda work? Yes they do. So why have they not convicted any alleged spy?
Museveni alleging that there is a foreign nation meddling in Ugandan elections is such a lame excuse. Not everyone behaves or does things like he does. In fact, records have it that he himself is the one who meddles in internal affairs of other countries. https://www.newtimes.co.rw/opinions/gatuna-border-closure-museveni-cites-his-meddling-origin-problem
He has been recruiting, financing and arming anti-Rwanda terror groups to wreck havoc on Rwanda. Rwanda has not done and will never do such a thing to Uganda. https://www.newtimes.co.rw/news/trial-uganda-burundi-cited-rnc-recruitment-drive
The problems of South Sudan are much attributed to Museveni’s continued interference to their internal affairs – a behavior that no other President in this world has.
He did the same to DR Congo and now he is in bed with militia groups that are causing havoc in CAR. One wonders why he is the one who is always on the wrong side of the book!
…..Charlotte Mukankusi – a high-ranking official of the RNC, the anti-Rwanda terror group headed by convicted Kayumba Nyamwasa and disgruntled fugitive Eugene Gasana.
Two years down the road, Museveni has never provided evidence to what he claimed in his letter. He literally never proves anything of what he claims.
He himself took out any Ugandan who attempted to mend the strained relations. At a time when he was the Minister of Security, he could spend many hours in safe houses torturing Rwandans – he would do it himself. So how can he ever be of interest to Rwanda https://twitter.com/Johnmugisha1/status/1156109744630894593?s=20
Several Ugandans using illegal entry into Rwanda were arrested and handed over to Uganda. https://twitter.com/observerug/status/1196782982389997568?s=20
The attack was overseen by Uganda’s state minister for regional cooperation Philemon Mateke. For that to not happen again, Rwanda took extra precaution by tightening border security. https://www.newtimes.co.rw/news/senior-ugandan-official-named-anti-rwanda-acts-one-kinigi-attackers
Semukanya Gasore a Rwandan national was hanged by security personnel to a tree in Kyuya forest, Rugeshi sub-county in Kisoro District.
Silas Hategekimana, a Rwandan man who spent weeks enduring physical and psychological torture in CMI’s torture chambers earlier last year, succumbed to the effects of the cruelty he was subjected to during his detention. https://www.newtimes.co.rw/news/rwandan-dies-after-weeks-torture-ugandan-military
Several others were killed in cold blood. Yet, Trumpet News can’t list the alleged Ugandans whom they claim were arrested by Rwanda and later killed them.
Again, I insist, Rwanda has and had no interest in Ugandan election, whoever Ugandans decide to be their leaders in a sole decision of Ugandans. Rwanda can’t influence the choice of Ugandans.
