1) We have developed a totally new type of stablecoin.
Our currency-backed tokens are interest bearing meaning that they can easily adapt to either positive or negative interest rates - something that existing stablecoins simply cannot do. In the current volatile economic climate, this is an essential quality.

4) We currently have five currency backed tokens in issuance. These are the Euro (EUR), Swiss Franc (CHF), Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Krone (NOK) and the Danish Krone (DKK) with a host of additional currencies pegged for release in 2021.
Each token is backed by a reserve of assets denominated in its underlying currency (e.g. eEUR is backed by EUR denominated bank deposits and bonds). In a market dominated by USD pegged stablecoins, e-Money allows users to choose the currency with which their tokens are backed.
5) The e-Money blockchain supports instant payments at scale and includes a DEX ( https://wallet.e-money.com/welcome ) for easy conversion between currencies.

7) e-Money’s native ecosystem token – NGM – can be bonded with validators to ensure that the e-money system remains secure, stable, fast and cheap to use while also yielding staking rewards.
The supply of our currency backed tokens is inflated at a rate of 1% p/a. The inflated supply is used to buy back and burn NGM - incentivising staking.
