I can be perfectly ecstatic that we are in the final MINUTES of the Trump presidency and also be aware that the incoming administration needs to be pressured to provide good governance. The only person I know calling Biden a savior is my Republican dad, being ironic.
Governing is hard, and we the people can make demands on our leadership to act in our behalf, and to make least-worse decisions when there are no good courses of actions.

We also have to recognize that American governance had to deal with a lot of sabotage over the past four -
- years, and we aren't going to get perfection on January 21st or something. There's going to be some hard stuff going on.

What we probably need is people acting in good faith.
So if I'm happy today, how about you let me be happy? I'll let you be unhappy, if that's what you want.
