Today, the Biden-Harris administration takes office.

Urgent action is needed in their first 100 days — and beyond — to protect and extend the rights and liberties enshrined in our Constitution.
President Biden and Vice President Harris must not only prioritize undoing the many harms of the previous administration, but work toward a vision of the country that heralds justice, fairness, and equality for all of us. That includes ⬇️
Trump has been able to systematically undermine our immigration laws and principles of fundamental fairness because our immigration system has been broken for decades.

The new administration must undo past damage and fundamentally reimagine our immigration system.
The new administration must take bold action to make reproductive health care, including abortion, accessible to all.

They must reverse dangerous Trump rules, including those that undermine the ACA's birth control benefit and have devastated Title X as well as refusal of care.
The Biden-Harris administration must make it a top priority to push forward an agenda that will protect our privacy and ensure that every person in this country has equal access to a free and open internet.
The new administration should take action to ban the federal use of facial recognition technology, support federal comprehensive consumer privacy legislation, expand access to broadband internet access services and restore net neutrality rules.
