Setting aside his performances on the pitch - which were better than he was credited for - Sokratis was a model pro at Arsenal. No complaints about being out of squad, gave it his all at RB with no little success, always great with reporters who'd been hanging around post-match.
By the way on the football front (PL stats from his time at the club): fourth highest pass completion %, greater proportion of forward passes than any CB bar Mustafi, only Chambers and Gabriel win higher % aerial duels in own box, just two errors leading to shots in 44 games.
That's not to say he was a great player. I do think however he got tarred with the "error-prone Arsenal defender" brush unfairly. He was limited and Arteta is probably right that he is not expansive enough. Within his limitations he gave his all.
Suspect he is one of those whose Arsenal career might have gone in a different direction but for Baku.
