Allegri has a huge trophy collection that consists of:

Allegri is a creative manager who believes in slow possessional football. He is a flexible manager who can switch over different formations.

Allegri started in a 3-5-2 formation but later shifted. He uses these formations:
- 4-2-3-1
- 4-3-3
- 4-1-3-2
- 4-3-1-2

When in possession his team ( Juventus back then ) used to dictate the attack with their exceptional capability of moving the ball and visionary passing. Dybala used to stay upfront and played as a second striker or inverted winger. He used to move centrally and make space.

The wings were left open for the full-backs Dani Alves and Alex Sandro to overlap and provide the necessary width during the attack.

Massimiliano Allegri didn’t believe in pressing opponents high-up. He believed that pressing will lead to the opening of spaces. Rather his team used to remain in their half and cover spaces. His team defended in a narrow 4-5-1 formation.

They liked to stretch out the opponent and outnumber them in wing spaces. They allowed opponents to attack and hit them on the counters with the speed they had in the team
