Quite a few people struggling with Lockdown 3.

The combination of AGAIN and the weather is compounding issues.

Mental health is all about winning the small battles.

Every day is a new opportunity to go again.

If you're not at work then try these...
Set an alarm to get up.

Don't look at social media until you've had a shower (cold if you can), made your bed, got dressed and drank a glass of water.

That little routine alone is so powerful.

Then go for a walk, if its raining don’t be perturbed, dress appropriately.
Write a list of jobs around the house you've always wanted doing (small and big).

Have a look at recipes, learn to cook something new.

The point of all this is not just to occupy your time but to start positively.

Whichever way your day starts, generally that will snowball.
The important part is, even when doing all this, you'll still have low moments.

Its then recognising them and starting all over again.

This shit won't last forever and every day that passes, takes us a day closer to better times.

Stay strong and keep going 💪🏽💪🏽
