Beginner : 1 round
Normal : 2

Let's sweat : 4

Just jog in place, torso twist, touch toe.
3 to 5 minutes

What's a Jumping Jack ?! Lmao google

Which abs exercise ?
Leg raise / cross crunch / knee crunch

What if can't do push up ?
Do what you can, series of 2-3, whatever
