This image shows #bullhornlady exiting the window, i believe, she is nowhere to be seen near the window prior to this in this video. Several people were exiting, the woman in the white coat exits the top window around the same time. Prob what she refers to on the bullhorn

she can be seen here on the right talking to someone his she talks with the camera guy at the window on the left side of the tunnel

here she is seen ramming the window to the right of the tunnel with a different object, a golden colored rod seen in the previous picture

after a second ramming attempt she is seen clearly here

and here she is hoisting the cardboard battering ram we all know so well

the previous shots are sufficient to prove orangecollar is not the other rammer but here we see the red hat rammer holding the battering ram e of the tunnel
