patients will be forced to get treatment under a government run system, which as the NHS (and other gov run systems) show, are often an utter disaster for anyone with chronic issues, and especially complex chronic issues. In the UK you can still get private care for what NHS

covers. But under M4A, that would not be possible (unless the MD takes only cash payments and never wants/needs to take insurance/payments from the gov, which will be very rare and expensive). Hence, why I am not a supporter of M4A as is. I do support universal healthcare tho
