True story:
Years ago I was at a game at Fenway Park. (Used to go there all the time.)
That weekend the Democratic Convention was in town, and lots of famous politicians were in attendance.
I happened to recognise a senator I liked, who was heading for the concessions...

... I timed it just right, introduced myself,... to Senator Joe Biden of Delaware,... and stood in a beer line with him.
So I had a chance to talk with Joe one on one for a little while.
My impression then as now,...

... was that he was highly intelligent,... and just the nicest, most genuine man I ever met in my life.
After talking to him in person, I told my friends,... "Wow, I wish THAT guy was President instead of Bush."
So yeah, I'm pretty happy right now.
A wish come true.
