If he was Prime Minister would Albanese have spent the last few years attacking Donal Trump? That might have appeased his left wing base, but it would not have been in Australia’s national interest. 4/5
It’s also interesting to note while he’s called for the PM to attack Donald Trump he’s never done the same for Xi Jinping, despite the much more serious transgressions, including against our national interest, of the Chinese Communist Party under his leadership. 5/5
