But here are 5 sinple strategies that revive that love of life.
That lust for the World
THAT PASSION IN YOUR SPIRIT.

Do these when things seem more gray than usual
1. Talk with loved ones.

Family
Friends
Partners

Remember the good times you shared.
Talk about the good times of the future.

Give compliments, make them smile. Be honest about how you feel about them.

Your community cares about you.
Treat them the same way.
2. Get into the unknown

Leave phone, music, all technology & go into the wild.

Hike 3 miles alone
Find a secluded beach
Let yourself feel nature around you

Do NOT focus on a destination. Just get in the sunlight & relax.
Nature will always inspire & remind you of your why.
3. Your breathing

This is 🔑
Likely the most important.

Focus on your breathing.
Control it, slow it down and feel in run throughout your whole body.

When the whole world is hectic and filled with chaos.
Close your eyes, & let your breathing free you.
4. Writing and Reading

Your thoughts are a storm when trapped in your head.
They're whipping throughout your brain like a bat out of hell.

GET THEM OUT.

When thoughts are verbalized/written, they get simplified by 400%.

You bring stress to yourself when you keep things in.
5. Home cook a meal

Get lost in the art of Food.
It's therapeutic in the sense it frees your mind.

It pulls you to the present.
Buy fresh, prep at home, tend while cooking.
Be 100% 'there.'

This shows yourself you're capable of getting something done

Why these WILL work.

Your brain is genius.
The human mind is a supercomputer.

But you never give it time to rest.

Creative theorist believe in 'incubation.'
It's those moments when we
STOP working
STOP thinking
STOP worrying.

& when we do this, the brain creates for us...
But you have to 'distract' the mind.

It has to be off. Completely.
