With reports circulating a potential transfer that could see Joshua Zirkzee come to Everton (again), I am going to talk about what characteristics Zirkzee has, what a move to Everton could mean for his career and what will he bring to Carlo Ancelotti’s much improved Everton side?

It is known that Carlo Ancelotti does like to play 4-4-2 or sometimes 4-2-2-2. I do think Zirkzee and Calvert-Lewin could compliment each other quite well in this system especially with Richarlison running off them and James Rodriguez supplying

I think Zirkzee can offer a different style for Everton. Calvert-Lewin is strong in the air and bringing the ball down. Zirkzee could pick the ball up from Calvert-Lewin and drive the ball up the pitch allowing Everton to create more chances.

Do I think it’ll happen:
I do think the deal could happen especially if Cenk Tosun or Bernard leave the club it does free up wages and means Everton are short on attacking options which may allow the arrival of Joshua Zirkzee and he can get another chance at Everton
