Despite a career as a professional investor, I’ve never felt totally confident about my own finances.

Still haunted by that 2016 Prudential commercial (you know the one...), my first big financial goal of 2021 was to sort out my retirement accounts.

A thread ⬇️
💰 66% of millennials don’t feel on track with their retirement savings

👵🏼 Women are 10% more likely than men to say they are concerned about having enough savings for retirement

👩‍💼 Only 25% of affluent women say they are comfortable making financial decisions on their own
This represents a HUGE opportunity for innovation. A few companies I'm excited about:

>> Roll-over old 401K accounts into one account: @hicapitalize

>> Max out 401K contributions: @Lendtable

>> Invest using a 401K: @alto_ira

What companies am I missing?
This reflection was inspired by my dear friend @itsmeeraclark. She wrote about her own financial journey and it really struck a chord with me.
