GP Cuomo's big budget speech today was a rehash of everything he's said during his cult of personality pressers during the 'ronas.

Basically, all NY's fiscal issues are the federal government's fault because Trump caused the 'ronas to be unleashed on NY or some such horsepoop.

GP Cuomo's staring down the barrel of a $15B budget gap of which $6B cannot even arguably be said to be related to the 'ronas. NY was overspending long before the 'ronas ever hit.

GP Cuomo refused to say how much NY would spend or how NY planned to close the budget gap other than to say that if the feds don't pay him off, he's going to screw schoolchildren by cutting education and fire all the cops and fireman.

GP Because Cuomo negotiates like a terrorist. It's too bad GA couldn't figure out how to at least reelect Perdue so Mitch and company could tell Cuomo to f*ck right the f*ck off.

GP The best thing that could happen to NY is if Biden showed some balls and refused to cave to Cuomo's blackmail.

Biden won't though. Mostly because Mrs Biden has the balls in the family, what with insisting an EdD entitles her to be called doctor.
