Hello, and welcome back! I know. GROWING, becoming YOU, is a rough journey. Luckily, you have made it here. You have a world around you built by you. If you are doing the work. Will life get hard. ALWAYS. But, you probably are a little more proactive now, which is excellent!

How much PASSION did you pack today? Are you ready to bring your team alive? Bring yourself alive? Take the ideas you have.. write a clear vision and get going? Excellent. I knew you were ready.

What about INTEGRITY? How’s that looking lately? Making moves? Not bruises? Feeling alive, not trying to hide? Getting good at removing the lies?

How’s our favorite VULNERABILITY? Have you begun to see what you need to see? Built the walls for “work in progress” instead of waiting for everything to crumble? Always be creating new ways to feel new things because the world is real, and it is a little crazy out there.

YES! I AM AWARE. Your (confidence) is at an all-time level. It is great to see you create. SO. How can you use that for good, and not should I say.. not creating? What can we do to inspire others with what is in your mind?

How is that LEADERSHIP INTUITION. Feel like you can see things before they happen? You must follow the clues. Or, as some call them, the stats. It isn’t what you think you see that makes working cool. It is what you do to see the results in your dashboard.

So.

What is my passion?
How can I use it for good?
How can I do more to feed my passion?
Do I need to make changes?
How can I bring my passion alive?

THINK:
What is my code?
Who do I trust?
Who do I not trust?
Who do I run to?
Who is the ONE SAFE person?

THINK:
What are my fears?
How do I squash them daily?
Who else has fears like me?
What do they do?
Who is my safety friend? When it gets frustrating?

THINK:
Where is my EGO?
Why do I lie?
When can I grow away from greed?
How can I serve?
More we, less me, for the recipe.

DO..
The plan.
The things you will do.
What you need for you.
Not waste time.
What you say you will do.

Are we done? No way. You are just getting started. Where is the journal? What DO you need to DO? Where will you go? How can you grow? Will this be the moment you see you have developed? Don’t get too crazy. Back to the newer basics.. with more structure.
